Dear TSDS dancers!
The 2021/2022 dance season is over, and now we get to enjoy a beautiful sunny summer.
Unfortunately, as we all know, the war in Ukraine is still ongoing, and Ukrainians have a very different summer ahead of them. We in TSDS want to do our little part support Ukraine and contribute to “For Ukraine!”. We will do this the best way we know how – by organising a series of dance classes with all proceeding going to the Ukrainian Cultural Center, which is one of the three coordinators of “For Ukraine!”.
We invite you to join a wide variety of classes on July 4th, 5th, and 7th: Solo Jazz, St. Louis Shag, Lindy Hop, Solo Shag. The schedule is available on our calendar, and the price is 15 euros/class. On July 11th, you can sign up for a private class with Katharina: 40 euros for an individual, 60 euros for a couple. Please reach out to Katharina to sign up.
Please transfer your class fees to TSDS bank account with a payment description “For Ukraine!”. If you cannot join us for classes but want to support this initiative and Ukraine, please transfer 15 euros or more, and your money will be donated as well.
After all the classes are done and the money is donated, we will let you know how much TSDS dancers managed to raise to support Ukraine.
